Cooking Guidelines :
1. Add marinade to approximately 700grams of boneless or on the bone Chicken or meat of your choice. Make sure the meat is covered in the marinade.
2. Place the chicken in a oven tray and cook at 190C/170C Electric fan / Gas mark 5 until meat is cooked through.
To finish add our jerk sauce before serving. Also can be done using a gas or charcoal BBQ.
Please ensure food is fully cooked through and pipping hot before serving.
